• "Service" means the legal services described on this website, including will drafting and review, probate representation, and inheritance dispute resolution.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Prasit Legal Services, based at 76 Thanon Bamrung Mueang, Pom Prap Sattru Phai, Bangkok 10100, Thailand.
• "User" means any person who accesses this website or engages our legal services.
• "Website" means the website operated at prasit.live.
• "Content" means text, images, documents, and other material published on the Website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this Website or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. Use of this Website is limited to individuals aged 18 or over who have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. 3. Service Description

We provide specialist legal services relating to inheritance matters in Thailand, including:

• Will drafting and review (from ฿2,000 per matter)
• Probate representation before Bangkok courts (from ฿5,750 per matter)
• Inheritance dispute resolution and mediation (from ฿3,600 per matter)

Services are provided primarily to clients based in or with assets in Thailand. We do not currently offer representation in other jurisdictions, though we may provide information and signposting in cross-border situations.

4. Enquiries and Website Use

Submitting a contact form on this Website does not create a client-attorney relationship. A formal engagement commences only upon signing a written engagement letter and, where applicable, payment of a retainer. Information provided in an enquiry is treated in confidence as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree to use this Website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

Fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and agreed in writing before any chargeable work begins. Payment terms are set out in the engagement letter for each matter. We accept bank transfer. Fees may be subject to revision for work that exceeds the initially agreed scope; any revision will be discussed with you before proceeding. No refunds are payable for work already performed.

7. Legal Services Terms

Our legal services are subject to the following:

• Scope: The scope of each matter is defined in a written engagement letter. Work outside that scope requires a separate agreement.
• Timeline: Timelines are estimates based on typical case progression. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, courts, or circumstances outside our control.
• Confidentiality: All client information is held in strict confidence in accordance with our professional obligations as licensed Thai lawyers.
• Professional standards: We operate in accordance with the standards of the Lawyers Council of Thailand.

8. Disclaimers

The content on this Website is provided for general information purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. 11. Termination

Either party may terminate a legal services engagement by written notice, subject to the terms of the engagement letter. Upon termination, fees for work completed to date remain payable. Client files will be returned or retained in accordance with professional obligations and as agreed in writing.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be subject to good-faith discussion between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

13. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms and any engagement letter constitute the entire agreement between us regarding their subject matter.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of that term.
• Assignment: You may not assign rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Website after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
