Prasit was founded with a specific focus in mind: to bring steadiness and clarity to the legal side of inheritance in Thailand. The firm's founders had seen too many families struggle not because of the law itself, but because they could not find a practice willing to slow down and explain what was happening and why.
Located in Bangkok's historic Pom Prap Sattru Phai district, the practice draws on a deep familiarity with the Thai Civil and Commercial Code as it relates to succession, probate proceedings in the Bangkok courts, and the particular sensitivities that arise when families are trying to settle an estate while still grieving.
The name Prasit reflects a sense of purposeful accomplishment — doing things properly, and doing them in a way that leaves the client feeling they were looked after. That ethos shapes every interaction, from a first inquiry to the resolution of a long-running dispute.
